2. Services Offered
APF dog training provides professional dog training services, including but not limited to:
- Obedience training
- Behavioral modification
- Puppy training
3. Client Responsibilities
- Health Disclosure: Clients must disclose all relevant health information regarding their dogs.
- Safety: Clients are responsible for the safety of their dogs and must ensure that their dogs are free of contagious diseases.
- Behavioural Issues: Clients should inform trainers of any aggressive behaviour or issues that may affect training.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment is required in full prior to the commencement of training services unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Accepted payment methods include cash, credit cards or bank transfer.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Clients may cancel training sessions with at least 72 hours notice for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours before a scheduled session will be required to pay the full amount of the session.
- Refunds for services rendered are not permitted.
6. Liability Waiver
Clients acknowledge that dog training involves inherent risks. By using our services, clients agree to waive any liability against APF dog training, its trainers, and affiliates for any injury or damage incurred during training.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of APF dog training and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
8. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
9. Amendments
APF dog training reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Client Responsibilities
1. Consultation Form
Complete and submit the Trainer's Consultation Form at least 72 hours before your Session. The Trainer is not liable for undisclosed matters.
2. Updates
Inform the Trainer of any changes to the information provided, including medical, behavioral, or legal matters.
3. Dog Status
Confirm that your dog is not subject to the Dangerous Dog Act 1991 or any Court Order and is lawfully in your care.
4. Health Requirements
Ensure your dog is fully vaccinated and on a flea/worm control regime, providing proof if requested. The Trainer cannot give medical advice.
5. Vet Contact
Allow the Trainer to contact your vet for behavioral issues and obtain a Vet Check if recommended.
6. Training Specificity
The training provided is specific to your dog and should not be used for others without prior consultation.
7. Safety
Keep yourself, your family, visitors, and your dog safe. You are responsible for any injuries or damages. Dogs must be leashed during training unless otherwise agreed.
8. Vet Bills
You are responsible for all incurred vet bills.
9. Dog Control
Keep your dog under control during the Session; you're liable for any injuries caused by an out-of-control dog.
10. Equipment
Bring any recommended equipment to the Session.
11. ID Tag
Ensure your dog has a secure collar or harness with an ID tag.
12. Muzzle Requirement
Dogs known to bite must wear a muzzle during the Session, or services may be terminated.
13. Media Consent
You consent to the Trainer sharing success stories and photos/videos from sessions on social media.
Important Note
You as the client will be required to put in work after and between the sessions, there is no quick fix and improvements will only be made through your consistency with any work your trainer gives you.
